The hotel offered free breakfast and speedy service. The location was perfect; just a short walk from the bus station and local attractions. The room was equipped with a cozy bed which was perfect after a long journey.
The room was not clean, it looked like it had not been cleaned before we came. The bathroom was dirty and there were stains on the bedding which was disgusting.

During my stay, I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel had good facilities, and I appreciated the convenient parking. Additionally, the hotel's location just opposite to the Bus Stand was extremely helpful.
Couldn't stay longer.

This hotel is conveniently located just opposite the Bus Stand, making it easy to go around the city. the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the bathroom is well-equipped and clean. the breakfast has a decent spread with good taste and served early in the morning. There is also a nice view of the city from the roof terrace.
The restaurant and room service options need improvement, as the menu options are limited.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Madurai, I was pleasantly surprised by the air conditioning in the room. It made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and the beds were large and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the chef even took the time to recommend delicious meals. The hotel also offered hot water on demand and had a great selection of TV channels. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel to others.
